How long does it take to receive a custom quote?
This depends on the complexity of your quote request. The vast majority of our estimates are completed within 24 hours.
How long are your estimates valid for?
Estimates are valid for 30 days. The estimate remains available on our website during that period and will be removed after it expires. After that, we’ll need to redo the estimate.
How do I proceed after I receive an estimate?
Once your estimate is complete, you’ll receive a link to your estimate page. After reviewing it, add it to your shopping cart, upload your files, and proceed to checkout.
How do I check the status of my quote request?
Select “Quotes” from the “My Account” menu to check your quote request status.
Can I just email you instead of using the quote form?
Yes! However, we’ll respond much faster if you use our quote form, since it captures everything we need to complete your estimate accurately the first time.

What is offset printing?
Offset printing transfers an inked image from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the final printing surface. It produces consistently sharp, high-quality images across a wide range of materials.

How big is the quality difference between offset and digital?
For most photos and text, the difference is negligible on our high-end digital presses. For large solid color areas, offset achieves noticeably better results.
Which method should I choose?
Choose offset if quality is your top priority, you need high volume (250+ business cards, 1,000+ brochures), thicker paper, or larger finished sizes.
Choose digital if you need a fast turnaround (under 5 business days), lower volume, or variable data printing.
Will you send me a proof before printing?
Yes, if requested. We offer soft proofs (emailed) or hard proofs (shipped overnight) for color-critical jobs.
Can I print with PMS (Pantone) colors?
Yes — though we generally recommend process inks to reduce environmental impact.
File Questions
What file formats do you require?
We need a 1-up, press-ready PDF with crop marks and bleed.
What are crop marks?
Lines indicating where the paper should be cut for the correct final size.
Do I need to add crop marks manually?
No — most design software adds these automatically on PDF export, as long as your document size matches your trim size.
What is bleed?
Any design element that touches the edge of your document needs “bleed” — extending past the trim line to avoid unwanted white edges after cutting.
Should I convert my files to CMYK?
No — we handle RGB to CMYK conversion automatically.
What resolution should my images be?
300 DPI is recommended for all images.
